ECCP was started by operators who have run high-end furniture eCommerce from the inside. We have worked through dealer concerns, marketplace complexity, DTC launches, content gaps, freight issues, pricing decisions, customer service workflows, and the realities of selling premium products online.

The job is a department, not a hire.

Eric Greenberg and Andrew Christmann started ECCP after watching too many premium furniture brands try to grow online with one overworked eCommerce manager, a paid-media agency, and a Shopify freelancer, and wonder why nothing connected.

Amazon and Wayfair require specialized knowledge. Shopify needs real merchandising and customer experience. Premium products demand better storytelling. Dealers and reps need to be respected. Freight, white-glove, and customer service decide whether the margin survives.

ECCP is the team that does all of it, as one division, for brands that don't want to build it themselves.
